Assist the Lead Teacher with classroom behavior management.  Helps provide spiritual direction and connections to the children attending the service in the elementary age ministry.

This service area is all about hospitality. Our team makes sure that you have fresh, free coffee and snacks ready for you during your time with us. We restock, clean up and prepare for the next week. 

This team helps to prepare communion trays prior to service and collect cups from the chairs at the end of each service. They ensure communion is offered as people enter the worship center. Allow each guest to pick up their own communion cup from the tray. The team members serving in the 11:00 a.m. service will be responsible for cleaning up and wiping down the communion trays at the end ::>f the service. Arrive 30 minutes prior to service. 

On Sundays around 3:30pm, set up tables and chairs for Wednesday Life Group.

On Wednesday after Life Group, take down tables and arrange chairs for Sunday services.

Other specials events on occasion.

This team member is in the Gathering and assists in providing name tags for everyone. They will also assist the Welcome Center by escorting new families with children to the kids check in area. They may also assist with providing connect cards to new families and directing people to the Worship Center or Cafe. Arrive 30 minutes prior to service. 

This team member greets everyone as they walk to the church entrance. They will provide a connect card to first time guests and direct them to the front doors where they are welcomed by the Guest/Door Greeters. Arrive 30 minutes prior to service. 

This team is filled with people who love to smile and interact with people. They are at the front doors to welcome everyone and recognize first time guests who have parked in "visitor" parking or received a connect card from the Gazebo. For first time guests, they introduce them to a team member at the Welcome Desk or the Gathering Host to answer any questions and direct them to the Cafe or the Worship Center. Arrive 30 minutes prior to service.

Facilitates the activities.  Manages the flow of the room. Ensures the room is clean and ready for families and the next service.

Greets families as they arrive and assist with the check-in process.  Ensures that the technology is logged in and functioning properly for family check-in.

This team must be trained in First Aid and CPR, medical experience required. Be on call to respond to medical emergencies. Wear a headset while on campus. Arrive 30 minutes prior to service time. 

We go down the third Saturday of every month and feed the homeless from 9 to 12 we feed between 60 and 70 people, so we would need help serving and cleaning up.

This ministry is the first impression of every visitor. They are welcomed with a hello and a smile. The team then lets the Guest Greeters know, by radio that first time guests are arriving. They direct traffic in and out so that things run smoothly. Arrive 45 minutes prior to service. 

For those prayer warriors and those who have the gift of a listening ear. If you have compassion and empathy to meet with those in need of prayer after each service, this area is especially important as the teaching pastor will often encourage people to come up front and be ministered to. 

Must be a member of NLCC. Background check required. Be on call to respond to safety and security situations. Wear a headset while on campus. Under t1e direction of the Safety Team Manager. Arrive 30 minutes prior to service time.

Students that are willing to engage with the children in the Kids Ministry.  Provide supervision along with the adults to support and care for the children in the elementary age ministry.

A Table Leader helps provide spiritual insight and direction to the children in the elementary program.  A Table Leader will help provide a connection between each of the children at their table. 

Provide technical support with propresenter, lights and sound for Kids Ministry.

Assist guests with finding seats and assist those with special needs. This area is extremely important to the flow of the overall service. Arrive 30 minutes prior to service time. 

This team member is knowledgeable of what is happening each week at NLCC. They are able to answer first time guest's questions about the church and provide information for upcoming events. This area is responsible to complete the count in the worship center and record it in the appropriate service time on the clipboard provided. A radio is provided by the Safety Team for communication and emergencies. Arrive 30 minutes prior to service. 

Lead worship in Kids Ministry and provide an opportunity for the children to learn to love God and love others through worship.
