It takes around 40 people each week to cover all the Guest Services positions. Each person plays an important part in the church's mission of Building Relationships - Making Disciples.
We call those who volunteer at New Life Christian Church, "Team Members" because we believe that this is more than just volunteering your time, it is about being part of a team made up of people like you and me who are striving to love and serve God.
When you walk through the church doors and spend time here you will see and hear about LOTS of different serving opportunities. It is our hope that somewhere along the way you would see yourself helping in a particular way, serving a certain group, or unleashing your passions in an area where you sense God leading you.
Each ministry area will have their own requirements, but all provide an opportunity to take a "test drive" in the serving role before you make a longer commitment. We also have an expectation that you will attend a service and serve a service (sit one, serve one), or attend the service that you serve. We never want "serving" to replace your attending a worship service.
